Aqib Talib Getting Shot In The Leg In A Strip Club Is A Real Bad Look
Pro Football Talk — Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib has been hospitalized after he was shot Saturday night, Rebecca Lopez of WFAA TV in Dallas reported Sunday.
Lopez reported that Talib was one of three people shot after a fight in V Live, a Dallas night club, and that Talib is at Medical City Hospital.
In 2011, Aqib Talib was indicted but later cleared on charges in Dallas County that he pistol-whipped and shot at his sister’s boyfriend.
Talib, 30, has played the last two seasons with the Broncos and has been named to the Pro Bowl in each of those seasons. A veteran of nine seasons, Talib is a three-time Pro Bowler who has 30 career interceptions.
I gotta say, getting shot in the leg in a strip club has to be rock bottom. At that point, just shoot me directly in the face because I don’t want to have to explain that to anyone. I don’t even understand why professional athletes still go to strip clubs. I mean, I understand boobs are awesome, but you literally have millions of dollars Aqib, you do not have to go to a strip club to find women. Walk around anywhere in the fucking world and tell a chick you have a million dollars and I’m pretty sure you’re good to go. The wheels have been greased for you.
It obviously could have been worse for Aqib though. He could have shot himself in the leg in a strip club.

It’s weird that the report says that 3 people were shot, but Aqib was shot on “accident.” How the hell do 3 people accidentally get shot? The maximum number of people who can accidentally get shot at once is 1.
This all happened in Dallas too. There’s a report from awhile back where Aqib was accused of pistol whipping his sister’s boyfriend in Dallas. Pro tip: don’t go to Dallas, Aqib. It’s only bad news for you.
I did a little investigative digging and found out that Aqib is from Cleveland, Ohio. That puts this entire scenario in perspective. Aqib was a born loser coming from Cleveland; losers get shot in the leg in a strip club. Basically, this is all LeBron’s fault, it’s the only fitting narrative.
